Here, I am outlining the cleaning projects that are normally performed while cleaning for most of my regular customers. By "regular", I mean customers that I clean for weekly or every-other week without canceling appointments. I know there is a lot of detailed information here, but I have tried to answer as many questions as possible.
DUSTING: All furniture, fixtures, window sills, curtain rods, check for cobwebs in corners and along ceilings, decorative items. An extra charge applies to cleaning INSIDE of cabinets, such as china hutches. **** I move some electronic equipment around televisions and computers as long as it is not too heavy.****
VACUUMING: All carpeting, rugs, and flooring. Upholstered furniture will be vacuumed as needed or if requested.
MOPPING: Floors will be mopped according to individual client instructions. Everyone seems to have their own ideas about how floors should be cared for. We have cleaned just about every type of floor and dry them as quickly as possible so water spots are not left behind.
BATHROOMS: Tubs, Showers, Shower walls and doors, Soap dishes, Sinks, Counters, Mirrors, Toilets (top to bottom), and any decorative items are cleaned.
KITCHEN: All appliance surfaces are cleaned, including top of fridge if we can reach it. There is an extra charge to clean INSIDE a refrigerator or oven. ****I ask that customers let me know in advance if they need the inside of a fridge or oven cleaned.**** All counters, tables, and decorative items are cleaned. Anything on a counter is moved unless it is a heavy item that cannot be easily moved, such as a microwave.
LAUNDRY AREA: If the laundry area is inside the house, it is automatically done along with the other cleaning. However, if your appliances are out in the garage and you want them cleaned off, you'll have to let us know that.
OTHER: Some things, such as ceiling fans, tile grout, vents, and such are cleaned and then kept up as needed. If there is something you need cleaned that I have not included here, please don't be shy about telling me about it.
CONSTRUCTION CLEAN-UP: If you are remodeling and you continue to have me clean during the process, I can keep up on most of the dust problem that occurs because of it. If you cancel your regular cleaning until after the construction work is done, I will charge extra for the clean-up.
Please cancel your cleaning if anyone is home sick with something that can be passed on to us. We will try to reschedule your cleaning.

1201 to 1500 .....................$90 1801 to 2000 ....................$100
2001 to 3000 ..........$125 and up
**The above rates are for the cleaning as described above and with a time limit of 3 hours. Exceptionally large or dirty jobs will take longer to clean as stated above and therefore will cost more. Also, jobs that are repeat - but cleaned every 3 to 4 weeks or more are subject to a higher charge per cleaning.

OVEN CLEANING: $10 per oven if you spray it. (Must be sprayed "heavily" with Easy-Off Oven cleaner the night before your house cleaning appointment.) If I spray it, the charge will be $25 because I'll have to supply the cleaner, heat up the oven before spraying, spray it, and allow it to sit for an hour before I can wipe it all out. ****If your oven is self-cleaning and all you need is for me to wipe it out, I will do that at no charge but the oven has to be completely cooled off inside before I can do it.
REFRIGERATOR CLEANING: $15 and does not include the freezer section.
OTHER POSSIBILITIES: Outside of kitchen and bathroom cabinets cleaned, oiled or polished. Carpet cleaning - this is a light duty machine that uses the dry-foam method and the carpet is usually dry in less than 1 hour except in areas where extra spot cleaning had to be done. This method is not for extremely dirty carpet.
PET SITTING: Over the years, I've been asked about taking care of customer's pets while they are away. It is convenient because I usually have a key to the house and I know their pets.
$15 per visit to the house. For cats - feed, water, litter box duties, love and kisses. For dogs - feed, water, poop patrol in the yard, love and kisses. I am also experienced in taking care of: birds, snakes (no kisses), hamsters, aquarium fish (salt and fresh).
